AOX / TOX u analiz etmek için bağlantı kolonlu otomatik numune hazırlama sistemi – XPREP A6 & A12

XPREP-A serisi, günümüz pazarındaki en hızlı kolon yöntemi ile numune hazırlama sistemidir. ISO, EPA ve DIN yöntemleri gibi uluslararası standartları karşılamak için özel olarak tasarlanmıştır (örneğin ISO 9562, EPA 9020). 3 mL / dak kontrollü örnek akışında AOX / TOX kolonları üzerinde otomatik olarak 100 mL su numunesi çalışır. Su numunesi kolonlardan geçtikten sonra, inorganik yükü aktif karbonun yüzeyinden uzaklaştıran bir yıkama döngüsü otomatik olarak başlar. Fazla su ve yıkama çözeltisi, sürekli bir drenaj sistemine bağlanabilen veya dolduğunda boşaltılabilen merkezi bir rezervuarda toplanır. İşlem, bağımsız bir ünite olarak çalışabilen numune hazırlama sistemi tarafından tamamen kontrol edilir.

XPREP -3 yığın ve kolon metotlarının ikisinde de kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmış kanal örnek filtrasyonu yöntemidir. The Aquasonde brings built in data logging capabilities to our range of reliable multiparameter water quality testing probes.

The Aquasondes are powered by internal lithium batteries to extend the duration of your deployments for as long as 180 days, model and logging rate dependent.

All Aquasondes feature an internal memory that is capable of storing up to 150,000 full data sets, that equates to over 3 years continuous data logging.

These logging devices can be deployed on their own for a discrete deployment or they can be deployed with a vented cable allowing for barometric compensation of measurements, specifically depth and % saturation of dissolved oxygen.

Each Aquasonde is supplied with a QuickDeploy Key, used to initiate the probe’s logging regime and SondeLink PC software for complete logger set up, sensor calibration and data collection.

AquaPlus-Probe-with-sleeve x

The AquaPlus probe is a combined optical dissolved oxygen, electrical conductivity and temperature sensor. Thanks to the built in conductivity sensor, the AquaPlus is able to calculate and automatically compensate DO readings for changes in water salinity. It’s compact, robust and highly accurate. It also requires very little maintenance to keep it that way. The slim probe is used with its very own GPS DO meter, meaning the location of every datapoint you measure is also recorded.

Advanced Optical DO sensor

The optical sensor works on the principle of Dynamic Luminescence Quenching. A gas-permeable material known as a luminophore is excited with short bursts of blue light, which causes molecules in the luminophore to emit red photons.

By measuring the delay of the returned red photons with respect to the blue excitation, the level of dissolved oxygen present can be determined.
The optical method has various advantages over the historical galvanic method for measuring dissolved oxygen.

Using the AP-2000-D as a water level logger

The AP-2000-D features a depth sensor. This sensor is capable of measurement accuracy of 0.5%FS.

This is very comparable to a dedicated water level logger such as the LeveLine-ECO: 0.2%FS, and the LeveLine (titanium): 0.1%FS.

The depth is zeroed automatically whilst the conductivity is reading zero. As soon as the conductivity registers over 0 the probe depth begins to be calculated.

Once the probe is lowered to the desired depth it must be secured, then using the GPS Aquameter the depth can be zeroed once again.

Now the AP-2000-D will detect small changes in the water level and display them as a positive or negative change.

Automatic sample preparation system with joint columns for analyzing AOX / TOX  –  XPREP A6 & A12

The XPREP-A series is the fastest column method sample preparation system in today’s market. Specially designed to meet international standards like ISO, EPA and DIN methods (e.g. ISO 9562, EPA 9020). It automatically runs 100 mL water samples over the AOX/TOX columns at controlled sample flow of 3mL/min. Once the water sample has passed through the columns a wash cycle automatically starts, which removes the inorganic load from the surface of the activated carbon. The surplus water and wash solution are collected in a central reservoir, which can be connected to a continuous drainage system or simply emptied when it is full. The process is fully controlled by the sample preparation system that can operate as a stand-alone unit.

Sample preparation system with a 3 channel sample filtration unit for both batch – XPREP 3

The XPREP-3 is a 3 channel sample filtration unit designed to use for both batch method and column method. The instrument consists out of three independent filtration units, all of which can be equipped with quartz frit filters or joint columns. The quartz frit separates the water from the activated carbon after the adsorption stage, the column adsorbs the halogens, while running the water at a rate of 3 mL/min. The columns must be emptied in a cup before they are introduced into the XPLORER, the quartz frits can be introduced directly. Each autonomous channel is pressure- and therefore speed adjustable while running, for both Adsorbable Organic Halogens (AOX) methods.

The XPLORER is designed to measure rapidly and precise in a wide range of liquid and solid matrices. It is ideal for laboratories performing Organic Halogen analysis, if necessary for round-the-clock operation. The AOX, EOX and POX modules are easily interchangeable. High throughput AOX analysis is enabled by a unique slider principle, the XPLORER simply utilizes Newton’s law of gravity, by allowing the cup or frit to ‘fall’ into the boat, before entering the horizontal furnace. Aquamax KF Reagent A is a general coulometric KF anolyte for use with generator electrodes which incorporate a frit or diaphragm to separate the anode and cathode chambers. Used in conjunction with Reagent C this formulation is supplied in a pack of 8 x 100ml bottles, 8 x 5ml cathode vials, all conveniently located in a single carton.

To conform to ASTM, API, EI, ISO (plus others) methodology for water content determination of oil and petroleum products, the anode regent must be modified with xylene to improve sample solubility and miscibility. Aquamax KF Reagent is pre-mixed with xylene, and other solubilizers to eliminate side reactions, so that the operator does not have to store or mix chemicals.

We conducted extensive comparison trials of Aquamax KF Reagents against other leading brands with very positive results. Using water standards ranging from 10 μg water up to 10,000 μg water under controlled conditions we found Aquamax KF A and KF C to be equivalent in performance accuracy to the other brands but much faster in titration speed and with lower background drift values. Aquamax KF Reagents, performed much faster than other special oil reagents and at the 10,000 μg count level (as required by ASTM methods), gave a result of 10,004 μg which is within 0.04%.

The ultra-stable thermostatic air chamber provides temperature control from 20 °C to 135 °C (with available options).
